Get Involved Volunteer For Us Here are some of the volunteer roles available at Cherry Trees: Chef / Cook Help us prepare nutritious and tasty food for our children and care team. No previous or professional cooking experience is needed, just a joy of cooking and a desire to help. Maintenance From cleaning windows, to cutting grass and hedges, we are looking for regular help to keep Cherry Trees clean, tidy and safe. Minibus Driver Help us with the daily school run. Our care staff are there to take care of the children, so your focus will be on driving the bus. You do not need to have a special licence or take a further test. We do ask that you complete a 1 hour driving assessment but this is more about getting used to the vehicle. Fundraising From selling raffle tickets to helping with car parking, we are looking for volunteers to join our team to help us make our events extra special. There is no experience needed, and you are welcome to volunteer as little or as often as you would like. Baking If you love to bake, and would like to use your skill to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children with complex disabilities, then this could be the opportunity for you. We run a number of events throughout the year where we need delicious baked goods, and our amazing volunteers make this possible.
